Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:
Good is broken/damaged on delivery;
Good is wrong size or wrong item shipped;
Good is defective or not functioning; or
Good does not meet purchaser’s expectations (depending on case by case basis)
Refunds do not apply to the following goods:
Good is in working condition (no fault); and
Good is used
Good that has been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassemble, repair or modification.
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Request for a pre-paid return label by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a brief description/images of the problem that is occurring with the good(s) to be returned.
Pack your goods and attach the return label that was provided. Go to your nearest NZ Post office and drop off the parcel.
Upon receipt of the defective product, PRINTERINKS will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product and ship it out in the most expeditious manner possible. Subject to availability, the replacement product will be shipped on the business day following receipt of the defective product.
In the event the product returned has been discontinued (i.e. the product is no longer being supplied by PRINTERINKS but is still under warranty), PRINTERINKS will, at its discretion, either repair or replace with recertified product.
Good shipped to PRINTERINKS must be properly packaged to prevent loss or damage in transit.
